What does Priority AI need from our payroll system?
Read-only access only. Xero is one-click OAuth. MYOB is CSV today and OAuth coming soon. Individual salary records are deleted within 24 hours; only loaded department averages persist.
How do you protect confidentiality of employee answers?
Strict k-anonymity, verbatim quotes only show when at least 3 respondents share a role. The threshold is configurable per tenant. Names never appear in any team-facing surface.
Will the report make sense to a non-technical board?
